Happy (Almost) Thanksgiving! The Thanksgiving table is picturesque, filled with colorful leaves piling up on the ground, balloons the size of cars floating down NYC streets at the Thanksgiving Day Parade, gathering around the television during football games, and of course- food, and a lot of it. Delicious golden turkeys, fluffy mashed potatoes, perfectly Cranberry Turkeygrilled veggies, not to mention the desserts! But just like every holiday, everyone who comes to celebrate has unique preferences, which is why it made sense for us to create three different types of Thanksgiving meals. These meals have something for everyone and are sure to satisfy. They are decadent reminders that food should be hearty and healthy, and always made with your loved ones in mind.

Do you know someone who would always choose a juicy steak or a greasy hamburger over an overflowing dish of pasta? Is this person you? Don’t worry. We have an entire Meat-Lovers Thanksgiving dedicated to you.  Mixing up the usual recipes and getting creative with new courses, while still paying homage to tradition,  is what gets the most positive reactions around the table. So this Meat-Lovers Sausage StuffingThanksgiving is filled with some unusual yet perfectly fitting choices, including the Herb Stuffed Turkey, Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Pomegranate, Sweet Sausage Stuffing, and a Wild Boar Ragu.

Next up is our Veggie-Lovers Thanksgiving. This selection is made particularly for the types of people who relish a great salad and always know what vegetables are in season at the moment. For them, this meal will not disappoint. We have Autumn Panzanella, Ribollita Soup, Squash and Kale Lasagna, and Sausage, Sage, Quinoa and Fig Stuffed Acorn Squash. Each dish is packed with the flavors of Fall, perfect to serve on the Thanksgiving table (or made separately on any day of the week!)

But what would Thanksgiving be without tradition? These are the recipes that we’ve hand picked as staples for any gourmet Thanksgiving table. Although each dish is inspired by the classic, traditional feast that we all know and love, we have added our own Colavita twists and unexpected culinary pairings. For this meal, Cranberry Balsamic Glazed Turkey, Polenta Stuffing with Mushrooms and Sausage, Roasted Vegetables, and Sweet Potato Gnocchi all combine to create a beautiful and delicious spread worthy of any table full of family and friends.

During the holidays, life can get  hectic. There are plenty of parties to attend, gifts to wrap, and full calendars that seems to keep people from taking a deep breath and stopping to appreciate what is around them. But Thanksgiving is exactly that, a day to stop and celebrate everyone we love, despite their differences and preferences (much like the pilgrims and Native Americans!) It is a day to welcome everyone at the table and to be thankful for what we have.
