This smoothie is the perfect mix of sweet and savory, plus it makes a great pre-workout shake or a mid-afternoon snack to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
  • some ice
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ banana
  • 1 medium beet, roasted and peeled
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1 tbsp of Colavita EVOO
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients into a blender
  2. Combine until it is perfectly blended
  3. Enjoy!
